Cancellation After Fulfillment

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Fulfillment means the order has been packed and handed to the shipping carrier. If you no longer wish to keep the item after it’s delivered, please follow our Return Process after receiving the product.

Returns Policy

Condition: Returned products must be in new and unused condition with original packaging.

Method: Returns must be made by mail.

Return Label: A free return label is available for download and printing by contacting our support team.

Restocking Fees: 10% will be applied.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for items in new and unused condition. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and mailing process as returns.

Download and print the return label provided.

Package your item securely and attach the return label.

Drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
